Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at info@meatsa.com, or call us directly at 931-716-1223.
  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned. No refunds will be issued for items unless the product is returned to us.
  • The returned item needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item for return, we will notify you. After we inspect it, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exceptions

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for special order items.
